  • Payroll administration

Rules:

  • Sectional Title and Home Owners Association management advice
  • Assisting with drafting of conduct rules and amendments thereto
  • Assistance to trustees when the need arises to amend rules by drafting such amendments

  • Direct online access to minutes, rules, plans, contact details and real time financial reports on Marketplace Online
  • Issue of levy clearance certificates
