- Maintenance plan and budget formulation including maintenance project management

- Sourcing of maintenance quotes
- Payroll administration
Rules:
- Sectional Title and Home Owners Association management advice
- Assisting with drafting of conduct rules and amendments thereto
- Assistance to trustees when the need arises to amend rules by drafting such amendments
Correspondence:
- Direct online access to minutes, rules, plans, contact details and real time financial reports on Marketplace Online
- Issue of levy clearance certificates
