To calculate your Participation Quota for a specific section in a scheme for residential purpose, the specific section floor area is divided by the total floor area of the sections in the building comprised in the scheme.
The result of this calculation is then multiplied by 100 to obtain a percentage rounded to four decimal places.
FORMULA: PQ = floor area of your section / total floor area of all sections x 100
EXAMPLE: PQ = 98 sqm / 1200 sqm x 100 8.1667
Remember hat the Exclusive use areas are not included when calculating your PQ!
